Upholstery
Fabric checked first to pick the method, brushed by hand, then cleaned and extracted.
Pet urine treatment
An enzyme treatment reaches the pad underneath, so the smell leaves with the stain.
Oriental and Persian wool rugs

Meet the owner
Luis does the cleaning himself.
Luis spent years on a franchise crew before he bought his own truck in 2011. He still runs one truck-mounted unit and does every job himself, so the person who quotes you is the person who cleans.
The method is simple: a safe, non-toxic pre-spray, hot water and steam doing the heavy work, and a wand pass slow enough to pull the water back out.

Our washing machine hose let go on a Sunday afternoon and soaked the whole hallway carpet. Luis picked up on the second ring, was here by six, pulled out more water than I thought a carpet could hold and left two fans running. By Monday morning it was dry and smelled fine. Fair price too.
Luis did a great job on our hallway and stairs, which get the most traffic in the house. Showed up on time, worked fast and cleaned up after himself. Would use again!
I asked for a quote on tile cleaning and Luis texted back within a few minutes. He was friendly, explained what he could and couldn't promise, and had an opening that same week. Our kitchen tile is about 15 years old and the grout had gone almost black no matter what I scrubbed it with. He took his time on every line and now it looks close to new. The price was fair and he didn't upsell me on anything. Highly recommend!
Two dogs and a long winter did a number on our family room. Luis treated every spot, got all the way down to the pad on the worst one, and the smell is completely gone. Our carpet looks a couple of years younger. Really glad we called him.
I have used Luis for years now and I won't call anyone else. He's careful and patient, he moves the furniture back exactly where it was, and he always asks what's bothering me before he starts instead of just running the wand over everything. This time he did our sectional, the dining chairs and two area rugs, and the sectional honestly looks like the day we bought it. Before he left he gave me a little spray bottle of his spotter for when the cat has an accident, and wouldn't take anything for it. It works better than anything I've bought at the store.
